The magic

There is no magic. There is method.

This page exists because most SEO explanations are either sales copy or a wall of jargon. Here is what we actually do to a website, in the order we do it, in language you can repeat to your own team.

  1. 01

Read the site the way a machine does

Before anything is changed, we crawl the site the way a search engine would and compare it against what is genuinely indexed. The gap between those two numbers is where most wasted budget hides: parameter URLs, paginated archives, tag pages, staging leftovers, printer views, filter combinations that generate thousands of near-identical documents.

We also check what the site says about itself - titles, headings, structured data, canonicals, hreflang - and whether those signals agree with each other. Contradictory signals are not penalised, they are just ignored, which is worse.

  2. 02

Decide what each page is for

Most sites have several pages competing for the same intent without anyone deciding which one should win. The result is that none of them do. We map every relevant URL to a single search intent, then consolidate, redirect or repurpose the rest.

This step is unpopular because it usually means deleting or merging pages someone worked hard on. It is also, reliably, the change that moves rankings first.

  3. 03

    Rebuild the internal link graph

Internal links are the cheapest ranking lever most sites never pull. They tell search engines which pages matter, and they distribute the authority that arrives from outside. On most sites the important pages sit five or six clicks from the homepage, behind pagination, while a cookie notice gets linked from every single page.

We flatten that. Money pages move within two clicks of the entry points, related content gets connected in both directions, and anchor texts start describing the destination instead of saying "read more".

  4. 04

Write things that deserve the position

Once the structure holds, content is worth writing. We work from the actual search results: what the pages currently ranking cover, what they all skip, and what a reader would still be missing after reading the best of them. That gap is the brief.

Length is not the goal. A page that answers the question in six hundred words and stops is stronger than one that pads to three thousand to look serious. Search engines have got much better at telling the difference, and readers always could.

  5. 05

Earn the links, then prove them

Authority still arrives from other domains. We identify realistic sources - the sites already linking to your competitors, the publications in your niche, the partners and suppliers who have a genuine reason to mention you - and approach them with something worth linking to.

Every placement is logged with URL, anchor, target and date, so the link profile is something you own and can audit, not a number in an agency dashboard you cannot open.

  6. 06

Measure honestly, then change the plan

Every month we compare what we expected against what happened, in Search Console and analytics rather than in a rank tracker that flatters us. Impressions before clicks, clicks before positions, positions before vanity keywords.

When something did not work, that is the interesting part of the report, not the part we hide. The plan changes accordingly. That loop, run patiently for a year, is the entire trick.

That is the whole spellbook

No proprietary algorithm, no secret sauce, no dashboard that only we can interpret. Just the same six moves, applied in the right order, for as long as it takes.

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the first assessment is for. Tell us the domain and we will tell you where the money actually sits.
