Editorial content that earns its position

Content cauldron

Content written from the search results outwards, not from a keyword tool inwards.

Engraving of a cauldron with scrolls and quills rising from the steam

Every brief starts in the search results. We read the pages currently ranking for the term, note what they all cover, and - more importantly - what they all skip. That gap is the reason for your page to exist. Without it, you are publishing a slightly worse version of something that already ranks.

Then it gets written properly: a clear promise in the first paragraph, structure a reader can skim, specifics instead of filler, and an ending rather than a word count. Long is not a strategy. Complete is.

What is included

  • Keyword and intent research grounded in the live search results, not just volume data
  • Content briefs with angle, structure, required subtopics and the gap to be filled
  • Writing and editing in English and German by people, with sources checked
  • Existing-content audits: what to update, merge, expand or retire
  • Internal linking built into every piece, in both directions
  • Title, meta description and heading structure per page
  • Optional publishing directly in your CMS

This is a good fit if

  • You rank on page two for terms you should own
  • Your blog produces posts but no traffic and no leads
  • You have hundreds of old articles and no idea which to update or delete
  • You need the same content to work properly in both English and German

How it runs

  1. 01

    Read the SERP

We analyse what currently ranks, what format wins, and which subtopics every competitor covers. Anything all of them skip is a candidate for our angle.

  2. 02

    Write the brief

Each piece gets a written brief: promise, structure, subtopics, sources and internal links. You can approve or change the direction before a single paragraph is written.

  3. 03

    Write and edit

Drafted, then edited by a second pair of eyes for accuracy, structure and tone. No AI-generated bulk that nobody read before publishing.

  4. 04

    Publish and connect

The piece goes live wired into the rest of the site, with links pointing at it and out of it, so it is not stranded on an island the day it is published.

Questions about this service

Do you use AI to write?

We use it for research and structuring, and not for publishing unread text under your name. Everything that goes live has been written or rewritten and checked by a person, because that is the only version we would defend to a reader.

How much content do we need?

Usually less than you have been told. On most sites, updating and consolidating what already exists outperforms publishing new pieces for the first several months.

Can you write in our tone of voice?

Yes. We work from your existing pages, or build a short style guide with you first if there is nothing consistent to work from.

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the first assessment is for. Tell us the domain and we will tell you where the money actually sits.
